- 170g Raw Almonds
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sunflower Lecithin (optional)
- 1l Filtered Water (plus extra for soaking overnight)
Place the almonds into a bowl, cover with water and leave to soak overnight (or for at least 12 hours).
Drain the almonds and place into the bowl of the Thermomix along with all the remaining ingredients.

Strain the milk through a nut milk bag or muslin cloth.
